VBS Mutual Bank—lauded as the first bank in South Africa to be totally owned and managed by Africans—has collapsed after its owners stole all the cash and bribed government and local government officials into depositing money in the operation, an official inquiry set up by the South African Reserve Bank (SARB) has found.

According to the official report issued by the SARB, titled “The Great Bank Heist: Investigator’s Report to the Prudential Society,” the African owners at the VBS Mutual Bank “made away with almost R2 billion” in what it described as “a single criminal enterprise.”

VBS Mutual Bank became a mutual bank in 1992, and was listed on the South African Stock Exchange in 2017. It ran into what media called “liquidity problems” early in 2018, and was placed under curatorship in March this year.

The SARB report found that R1,894,923,674 (US$ 130 million) was transferred from the Bank to fifty three individuals between 15 March 2015 and 17 June 2018. According to the report, R16,148,569 (US$1.09 million) went to Brian Shivambu, younger brother of the anti-white Economic Freedom Fighter senior politician Floyd Shivambu.

Other cash went to local government officials in at least 15 regions as payments for switching banking facilities to the African-owned bank. Among those implicated are the African National Congress’s deputy chairman for the northern Limpopo province, Florence Radzilani, and that organization’s regional treasurer, Danny Msiza. (more…)

South Africa’s ruling party says it will push ahead with plans to amend the country’s constitution to allow for the expropriation of land without compensation.

President Cyril Ramaphosa announced the decision on Tuesday following a two-day meeting of the African National Congress, which had earlier signalled its intention to redistribute land under the current laws.

The South African parliament in February voted in favour of a motion, brought by the radical Marxist Economic Freedom Fighters and supported by the ANC, to send the matter to parliament’s Constitutional Review Committee. (more…)

Thousands of mainly white, Afrikaans-speaking South Africans have taken to the streets to protest the ongoing epidemic of savage farm murders sweeping the country.

The October 30th #BlackMonday protests were organised after civil rights group AfriForum released figures claiming the murder rate for South African farmers was 156 per 100,000 — putting it well above the already high national average and making farming in the troubled ex-colony arguably the most dangerous occupation in the world outside a warzone.

At the same time, the number of slain farmers, farm workers, and family members — most of them white — had hit 71, surpassing the estimated death toll for 2016. (more…)

South Africa’s parliament has approved a bill allowing state expropriations of land to redress racial disparities in land ownership, an emotive issue two decades after the end of apartheid.

Most of South Africa’s land remains in white hands and many commercial and small-scale farmers are currently facing tough times because of the worst drought in at least a century.

The bill, in the works since 2008, will enable the state to pay for land at a value determined by a government adjudicator and then expropriate it for the “public interest”, ending the willing-buyer, willing-seller approach to land reform.

Few things are more disturbing than the collaborative media silence that attends the ongoing disintegration of post-apartheid South Africa. The nation’s ruling African National Congress (ANC), led by President Jacob Zuma, is the essence of corruption in a nation with one of the highest rates of rape in the world, and a murder rate best described last September by MP Dianne Kohler Barnard of the Democratic Alliance, the nation’s second largest political party. “We have 47 murders a day,” she said. “That sort of figure is what one would expect in a war zone.”

Moreover, white Boer farmers remain a primary target. According to the Times of London, over 4,000 of them were murdered since the end of apartheid in a nation rated six on a scale of eight for genocide by Genocide Watch. Of the 50 murders committed daily, 20 percent of the victims are white, and the black on white murder rate is approximately 95 percent.

Some of the carnage is attributable to Zuma himself. In 2013 he led a crowd in a song promoting the murder of the Boers. “We are going to shoot them with machine guns, they are going to run… The cabinet will shoot them, with the machine gun… Shoot the Boer, we are going to hit them, they are going to run,” Zuma chanted. Hence it is no surprise the murder rate of white farmers is quadruple that of the rest of the population.

In the economic arena, South Africa’s the primary reasons for a rapidly deteriorating economy are succinctly described by Mercer as “apartheid in reverse.” In an effort to correct the racial disparities of the past, the ANC established the Black Economic Empowerment (BEE) program, followed by Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment (BBBEE) program. This is a system whereby all enterprises public and private were required to “make their workforces demographically representative of the country’s racial profile,” Mercer explains. In 2013, ANC parliamentarian Mario Rantho described his party’s vision for government. “It is imperative to get rid of merit as the overriding principle in the appointment of public servants,” he declared.

The results were predictable. Black households saw their incomes shrink by 19 percent during the first six years of ANC rule, and the total number of persons of all races living in “absolute poverty” had doubled following the ANC’s ascension to power. Farmland confiscated from whites as part of a land-sharing agreement remains virtually barren. Life expectancy has declined from 64 at the end of apartheid to 56 today. And as The Economist put it, “Public healthcare, the roadways, ports and road infrastructure bear testimony to the insidious effects of racial preference on South Africa.” More recently, economic growth has been anemic, the national debt has grown by 44 percent, the nation’s rand-based currency lost 20 percent of its value in 2013, and the current unemployment rate stands at 25 percent. Moreover, the city of Durban has fallen off the list of the world’s 50 largest container ports.

And with those racial preferences, coupled with de facto one-party rule, came the inevitable corruption. Plum government jobs were given to ANC insiders, irrespective of qualifications, and President Zuma recently spent $24 million of public money to add a pool and amphitheater to his private home. Nonetheless he was reelected to another five-year term in 2014. Think-tank theorist Leon Louw, who helped defeat apartheid, characterizes the crime and corruption in South Africa as “a simple manifestation of the breakdown of the state. The government is just appallingly bad at everything it does: education, healthcare, infrastructure, security, everything that is a government function is in shambles,” he adds.

Following their victory in 2014, the ANC promised to embark on “a second radical phase of the national democratic revolution!” that included the “strategic transformation of the ownership and control function of key commanding heights of the economy.” In short, the nation is on the fast track to emulating the disastrous policies of Zimbabwe, a nation destroyed by mass-murdering Marxist despot Robert Mugabe and his minions.

And as goes South Africa, so goes the Western-promoted halo surrounding Nelson Mandela: shortly after his death in 2013, the South African Communist Party and the African National Congress both released official statements acknowledging his role as a Communist Party leader who served on the Soviet-backed organization’s Central Committee. Nonetheless, he remains a revered icon among Western apologists—one whose terrorist past of bombing campaigns against fellow black South Africans opposed to his communist predilections has been all but erased.

It seems illogical that the very people whose ancestors made South Africa work are now leaving in droves.

In Rhodesia now called Zimbabwe, the whites were targeted by black gangs and the Marxist government under Robert Mugabe. Many left after legally purchased land was stolen from them by Mugabe the white hater.

Now Rhodesia is in a total mess and even though Mugabe still hates Britain and whites he gladly receives millions each year from Britain in Foreign Aid.

Back in South Africa, slowly the same movement of whites out of the country is growing. This after some say that they are requesting “the right to return home” after claims they are facing “ethnic cleansing”.

The Daily Express in an article stated that; The online call to action demands the European Commission (EC) allows all white South Africans to obtain automatic European citizenship.

The petition has already gained more than 1,000 supporters in just half a day.

Rodrigo de Campos, who started the campaign, is gaining support for his belief that the “white South African population currently faces ethnic cleansing and persecutions” at the hands of the ruling ANC government, the Economic Freedom Fighters (EFF) party and “various individual anti-white aggressors”.

He also says: “Over 4000 white farmers have been brutally murdered, often including torture and rape and mutilation.”

In growing numbers other whites want out of the ANC disaster in South Africa, one such person is Matty de Bruyn, from Cape Town, who said: “There is no hope for the white man in South Africa.”

Britain should help those who came from British ancestry to resettle back in our land. Most of these people are hard working and have skills.

Far better we take Christian whites of British ancestry than the continued flood of Islamic asylum seekers and Africans with little skills or money.

Black South Africans kill Black Immigrants

Immigrants are arming themselves, with weapons such as machetes, after the attacks in Durban.

South Africa’s ruling African National Congress party yesterday condemned a wave of attacks against immigrant shopkeepers that has left at least six people dead and exposed sharp social tensions in the country.

The spate of attacks has targeted shops and homes owned by Somalis, Ethiopians, Malawians and other immigrants, despite heavy police patrols in the southern city of Durban and surrounding townships.

Christians allegedly thrown off migrant boat

Palermo police say Muslims who were among migrants trying to get from Libya to Italy in a boat this week threw 12 fellow passengers overboard — killing them — because the 12 were Christians.

Fifteen people have been arrested on suspicion of murdering the Christians at sea.

The original group of 105 people left Libya earlier this week in a rubber boat.

Sometime during the trip north across the Mediterranean Sea, the alleged assailants – Muslims from the Ivory Coast, Mali and Senegal — threw the 12 overboard.

The boat was intercepted by an Italian navy vessel, which transferred the passengers to a Panamanian-flagged ship.

The arrests were made when the ship docked.

South Africa’s parliament has voted in favour of a motion that will begin the process of amending the country’s Constitution to allow for the confiscation of white-owned land without compensation.

The motion was brought by Julius Malema, leader of the radical Marxist opposition party the Economic Freedom Fighters, and passed overwhelmingly by 241 votes to 83 against. The only parties who did not support the motion were the Democratic Alliance, Freedom Front Plus, Cope and the African Christian Democratic Party.

It was amended but supported by the ruling African National Congress and new president Cyril Ramaphosa, who made land expropriation a key pillar of his policy platform after taking over from ousted PM Jacob Zuma earlier this month.

“The time for reconciliation is over. Now is the time for justice,” Malema was quoted by News24 as telling parliament. “We must ensure that we restore the dignity of our people without compensating the criminals who stole our land.” (more…)
