Frightened teachers at a Sydney primary school have revealed students are showing signs of extreme radicalisation at a young age, saying they have been traumatised by threats of beheading and other violent behaviour.
Students as young as in Year 5 are making the threats and pressuring peers into reading the Koran at Punchbowl Public School in Sydney’s southwest, the Daily Telegraph has reported.
Documents given to the newspaper reportedly reveal that at least three staff members have taken stress leave, received counselling and been paid compensation after bullying from Islamic students.
One woman reportedly claimed it all got too much for her and she eventually had to quit her job.
She said the final straw was when she received death threats to her family from her year 5 and 6 students, with some saying they would behead her.
Prior to that she claimed she made a number of complaints in 2014 about some of the behaviour in her classroom.
She said she was abused by students when she stopped them from hanging a Syrian flag in the classroom.
The woman also said she was pushed into a corner by several students who then began marching around her chanting the Koran.
Many of the students also reportedly spoke of family members fighting in the war in Syria and pupils would walk out mid-way through a lesson to go and pray. (more…)

Hundreds of migrants are encamped in Paris after failing to cross the Channel from Calais
Hundreds of African migrants have set up camps in the heart of Paris after their efforts to cross the Channel from Calais were thwarted by British border controls.
About 500 people, mainly Sudanese, Eritreans and Ethiopians, have pitched blue and green tents on two sites, one on the banks of the Seine near Austerlitz railway station; the other near the Eurostar terminal at the Gare du Nord.
The first few tents appeared about a year ago, but the camps have expanded rapidly in recent weeks.
Bashir Suleiman, from the conflict-torn Nuba Mountains in Sudan, said he had returned to Paris from Calais because it was more difficult to find food in the northern French port, where more than 2,000 migrants are encamped in the hope of reaching Britain.
THE Lakemba Hotel is one of the last Anglo holdouts in Sydney’s otherwise Middle-Eastern south-western suburb.
Frankly, the old joint — it opened in 1928 — isn’t putting up much resistance. Most nights the bar is closed by 8.30pm or so, because by then what few customers it attracts are insufficient to cover running costs.
Lakemba may be only 30 minutes from the centre of Sydney, yet it is remarkably distinct from the rest of the city. You can walk the length of crowded Haldon St and not hear a single phrase in English. On this main shopping strip the ethnic mix seems similar to what you’d find in any Arabic city. Australia may be multicultural, but Haldon St is a monoculture.
A few weeks ago a large crowd of mostly young men assembled outside the Lakemba Hotel. Waving black flags, the men chanted: “Palestine is Muslim land. The solution is jihad.”
I asked a non-Islamic local about that night. “You should see them when they really go off,” she said. “That was nothing.” Another non-Islamic woman said young men sometimes shouted “sharmuta” at her from their cars. She looked up the word online and discovered it was an Arabic term for prostitute.
The Islamic riots of 2012 ended up in central Sydney but began here in Lakemba and surrounding suburbs, where seething young Muslims formed their plans, including printing signs reading “Behead all those who insult the prophet”.
Concern over Chinese developers’ million-dollar Northland resort
There are plans to turn part of Northland’s stunning Karikari Peninsula into a hub for tens of thousands of Chinese visitors but locals say there has been a lack of consultation over the development.
Chinese developers who have purchased the Carrington Resort have Overseas Investment Office approval to buy a holiday campground as well, taking their spending to over $32 million.
A conference centre, restaurants, shops, movie theatre and swimming complex are potentially in the works from Shanghai Cred, plus a 850 room hotel.
The estate is owned by Gio Gui, with former Northland MP Mike Sabin appointed chief executive of the resort.
Locals are apprehensive about what the developments might mean for them.
“All I wanna see is make sure it’s managed properly and we do get employment out of it and we don’t just become second class citizens,” Te Hiku ward councillor Colin Kitchen said.
Northland MP Winston Peters wanted to know how Mr Sabin’s appointment came about.
“When the appointment of someone with no background experience in this place takes place I think it begs questions as to why… what was the involvement of national party MPs or John Key for that matter?” he said.
The Prime Minister says he had a brief meeting with representatives of Shanghai Cred, and that Mr Sabin’s appointment was not discussed.
A ONE News’ interview with the owners was cancelled.
The local hapu hasn’t made a decision on whether they’ll support the plan.
They say there’s been very little consultation from the Chinese and they have concerns around the social and environmental impact.
France’s Le Pen: Send migrants back across Mediterranean
Far right National Front leader Marine Le Pen says France should send migrants back across the Mediterranean Sea to stop them from taking dangerous boats to European shores.
Criticizing European immigration policy, she said on Europe-1 radio Sunday that France should send migrants back to their port of departure so “traffickers know that no migrant will come ashore on our coasts.”
European ships rescued nearly 3,700 migrants on Saturday alone.
UN expert on racism and discrimination launches first official visit to Greece
GENEVA (1st May 2015) – United Nations Special Rapporteur Mutuma Ruteere will visit Greece from 4 to 8 May 2015 to evaluate the situation of racism and discrimination in the country.
This is the first official mission to Greece by the independent expert mandated by the UN Human Rights Council to assess and report on the situation of racism, racial discrimination and related intolerance in the world.
“This visit will allow me to learn more, first-hand, about the context of racism and discrimination in Greece, as well as about all the initiatives and efforts undertaken by the Government to combat this phenomenon,” Mr. Ruteere said. “I should then be able to provide observations and concrete recommendations to help fight racism and other forms of discrimination in the country.”
The human rights expert, who is visiting the country at the invitation of the Greek Government authorities, is scheduled to meet with Government officials, representatives of the legislative and judicial branches, UN agencies in the country, the National Human Rights Commission and the Ombudsman, as well as a broad range of civil society actors.
The government is not considering curbing immigration to New Zealand, despite its contribution to rising house prices, especially in Auckland, and the additional pressure it places on government spending in areas such as education, said Finance Minister Bill English.
Speaking to media after delivering a pre-budget speech in which he warned that achieving a fiscal surplus next year would be a challenge as low inflation saps the usual natural growth in tax revenues caused by rising wages and prices, English said that past experience showed that changes to migrant rules generally took a long time to produce any significant change in numbers arriving.
On migration, English acknowledged that ongoing weakness in the Australian economy was likely to see record net migration figures continue for some time in New Zealand.
“Immigration numbers are a bit like interest rates,” said English. “They’re a bit out of the ordinary and we expect them to stay out of the ordinary for a while. We expected immigration to ramp up and we thought it would peak and drop off pretty quickly. That hasn’t happened. It’s been maintained.
“That does put pressure on government spending. We need a lot more classrooms and we’ve got to pay for those.
Secretive Chinese billionairess splurges $7 million on private island she wants to use as ‘a toy’
•Wendy Wei Mei Wu has purchased the private 217 hectare Slipper Island
•Her daughter claims her mother is undecided on future plans for the island
•It offers two airstrips and six houses with ocean views and nearby beaches
•The sale divided the Needham family, who owned the island for 45 years
A Chinese millionaire has splurged on a vast 217 hectare New Zealand island which she refers to as her ‘toy.’
The buyer, Wendy Wei Mei Wu, is reportedly yet to decide what she wants to do with Slipper Island, which is located 4 km off the coast of the New Zealand’s North Island.
The 2.7 km long, 1.8 km wide landmass is a 15 minute ferry ride from North Island. It boasts two airstrips and six houses, all with nearby beaches and sweeping ocean views.
The NZ $7.5 million (AUD $6.765 million) sale has divided the family who own the island, with some of them claiming it represents’ the loss of the family’s legacy’.
Slipper Island, a 2.7 km long, 1.8 km wide landmass located 4 km off the coast of the New Zealand’s North Island, has been purchased for AUD $6.75 million
Ms Wu lists her occupation online as ‘housewife,’ but she is otherwise shrouded in mystery and was referred to by NZ Herald as ‘publicity shy.’
A former property developer, Ms Wu made headlines in 2010 for making the biggest private home sale of the year, the $NZ 15 million Fairholm Mansion in the affluent Auckland suburb of Remuera.
Her daughter Vivienne Zhuo has assisted with negotiations for the purchase, and said her mother ‘just loves the island’ and ‘it’s a toy for her, ‘ though they’re undecided on future plans for the island.
Slipper Island is currently used by day-trippers and school camp users, and the cabins can be rented from between $250-$750 a night.
It has been owned by the Needham family for 45 years. There are 13 siblings in the family, many of whom are shareholders in the island.
While the islands biggest shareholder-Liz Needham- is in favour of the sale, it was reported that other shareholders, who chose not to be named, were devastated to be losing ‘the family legacy’ where some of family members ashes lay.
It’s believed the sale has also saddened local Maori tribes, who are concerned about the conservation of several historic sites on the island.

NZ based real estate website targets Chinese buyers
A New Zealand-based website marketing New Zealand homes to the Chinese is reaching around 22 million people every year.
New Zealand is becoming a more popular destination for the Chinese, and the website director says no capital gains tax is one of the main reasons.
Opposition political parties say it’s about time the Government put some policies in place.
More than 90 percent of houses on the market in New Zealand are also being directly marketed to Chinese buyers through a website called HouGarden.com. Around 60 percent of the website traffic is based in China and it has around 22 million views every year.
Director Sam Yin says his website is a way for real estate agents to reach those offshore buyers.
“Our role is to help them achieve and access more in the Chinese market.”
He says Chinese buyers are increasingly looking here because we have no capital gains tax and there are no policies restricting them from buying up land.
“A lot of countries like Australia, Canada and Amercia already have the policy to limit overseas buyers,” says Mr Yin. “I don’t think New Zealand has anything yet, but it will happen.”
Shi Li bought his home through HouGarden.com this year and says it’s the best and biggest website for New Zealand real estate in China.
“All of my friends know this website,” he says. “Two of my friends have bought the houses through HouGarden.”
HouGarden.com has billboards around Auckland City and has plans to put up more throughout New Zealand for more traffic to the website.
The Muslim asylum seeker this week effectively killed Santa in downtown Sydney. Safe shopping is over. Lindt Chocolates will never be able to recruit staff again in Martin Place.
Who’d walk in to buy a coffee? The risk is not worth it.
Pro-asylum seeker Senator Sarah Hanson Young has gone all quiet since the Iranian Asylum Seeker terrorised a Sydney chocolate shop, the entire city and lead to the loss of life of two innocent Sydneysiders.
Who would trust to walk Sydney’s city streets when thousands of Islamists have ghettoed themselves across south-west Sydney? It all exacerbated under the Rudd-Gillard Labor era 2007-2013 when we had no borders.
Nearly half a million Islamists now inhabit Sydney. Every month a new mosque is sought. And Australia’s Prime Minister Tony Abbott has just announced plans to unleash an international airport at Badgerys Creek to attract more of them.
Police are now swarming the Sydney CBD. Police Operation Hammerhead has been reactivated following the Martin Place Terrorism Siege this week. General duties officers are typically supported by officers from specialist commands such as the Dog Squad, the Public Order, mounted police and Riot Squad and tactical police.
New South Wales Police Assistant Commissioner Michael Fuller has announced plans for high-visibility policing operations across the state for 24 hours a day over the next three weeks.
Downtown Sydney remains unsafe. Sporting fixtures and other large-scale public events will also be patrolled. Muslims could arrive by train from Lakemba without any warning.
Police Operation Hammerhead was first used in September this year (2014) following a string of counter-terrorism raids across Sydney and Brisbane. The raids, which saw two people later charged with various offences, followed a reported threat to publicly “behead” an Australian in Martin Place.
Known violent hotspots identified by police include Martin Place, Circular Quay, ethnic Parramatta, and Muslim-dominated suburbs of south-western Sydney centred around Lakemba, Bankstown, Punchbowl, Mount Druitt and Liverpool.
Assistant Commissioner Mick Fuller, who commands Sydney’s Metropolitan Local Area Command, led Hammerhead previously and is considered the NSW Police Force’s go to man for counter-terrorism related duties.
Sarah Hanson Young will cry and demand taxpayer sympathy for anyone who is foreign to our shores, non-White and cannot speak English. To the bitch, such a person is assured future voter for her Leftist socialist politics.
Sarah Hanson Young: “This is just more cruelty at the cost of Australia’s generous heart and it is trashing our global reputation.”- THE GUARDIAN OF THE LEFT, August 4, 2013
Greens Party refugee advocate, Sarah Hanson Young, is loyal to any breed of foreigners seeking asylum in Australia for what ever reason. Sarah Hanson Young has closer political ties with Middle Eastern emigrants than with Australians. Some generations ago , she would be tried for treachery and for being a traitor to her nation.
Liberal and Labor’s joint unAustralian policy of Gough Whitlam’s “multiculturalism ideology” allows the socialist Trojan Horse infiltration of Australian traditional values.
The Australian Greens are considering changing their name.
“Asylum Seeker Party” would seem most suitable, given the passions of The Greens’ senators. Yet voter support in Sydney would be hard to convince. One fact is certain. The Greens no longer stand for conserving Australian conservation.
